05/26/2009

St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Cameroon, and Bangladesh have joined WWViews in the effort to make the views of ordinary citizens heard in the COP15 negotiations in Copenhagen this December.

All four nations are highly affected by climate change;

St. Lucia and St. Vincent with their vulcanos and Cameroun with its great variation of climate and vegetation, which includes coast line, mountains, rain forest, and savanna.

Bangladesh was just yesterday hit by the hurricane Aila. Especially the lower lying coast aeras and smaller islands have, due to floods, been affected by the hurricane.
